The candidate who who passed 10 standard and 12 standard examination from an institute which is located in the national capital territory Delhi are eligible to appear for state counselling for Delhi University. So if the candidate passed.10th class and 12th class or  equivalent examination from a recognised Board of Education from  that is located in the national capital territory of Delhi are eligible for appearing in state counselling for Delhi University.
