You cannot get a MCA degree from An IIT but you can surely get a M.SC degree after DSC from an IIT through an exam called JAM.
So you need to go through the jam syallbus and go through M.Sc Computer Science syllabus to study and clear JAM which is a relatively tough exam and then you can have your dream of studying M.SC in your dream IIT college.
