Is there any further registration required except neet application for admission into other state govt. medical colleges?

Hello,
Yes, you can take admission in government colleges of your domicile state, that is the state in which you have studied for at least 6 years. This comes under 85% state quota.
You can also apply through open category for private seats in private colleges of other states.
You can apply to government colleges of states other than your state of domicile only by 15% All India Quota.
