It is possible  you can get admission into COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING PUNE. But if you are out of maharashtra domicile, you will be eligible For All India Sets which are only 15%. Therefore,you have to score high in the JEE-mains. If you have good merit score then you may crack it.

For taking admission in engineering colleges of maharashtra.

You have to appear for MHT CET.

If you score decent marks upto 160/200 you can get admission in good college of maharashtra.

For COEP you have to score more than 175 /200 because of toughest competition.

And also CET is simpler than JEE so go for it.
