In my opinion you can't give jee mains and advanced as your subject combination in class 12th is pcb.You can give NEET EXAMINATION for medical streams.

You can visit neet's website for more information regarding dates of exam,cutoff.

Please elaborate your query.  So that we can give you what you're exactly looking for. I guess,  you're asking about PCB student can take JEE advance or not.  No it's not possible but you can take NEET 2018 and if you're done with pcmb then you can eligible, correct me if I'm wrong.
