Yes all students who passed Class 12 or equivalent with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply. This means that that they are eligible to write exam. But if you get qualified in the IISER exam, you would be considered for admission procedures only if you have marks above cut-off that IISER released for each board exams. The entry point to IISER BS-MS course is through KVPY, JEE Advanced and then State and Central Boards Channel who should write the said IISER exam.
