Yes you have  chances as at karnataka the cut off is less than other states. Also you might get into government seats reserved for states students at private colleges like kims, father muller medical college, ms ramaiah.

The fees for these is comparatively lesser and around 60-80K for state students.

However as you know that cutoff changes every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of the exam questions , number of candidates appearing and the recent COVID19 crisis etc.
