          The cut off for M.Tech in IIIT Roorkee varies from branch to branch. For branches like Chemical engg. Your marks may be ranging between 71-75. For Mechanical and Industrial engg. it's between 70-78. For computer science and engg. the cutiffvaries between 55-65.
