Yes, do apply for counselling in IPU for B.Sc Nursing. The cut offs vary a lot every year, so you never know what the last rank will be. Don't hesitate to apply. Actively participate in the counselling rounds. And IPU has some spot rounds too. So hope for the best and apply.
