You cannot apply for TS EAMCET through your mobile. The User Guide says that you should use an Internet browser preferably Internet Explorer version 6.0 or above in a computer. Even if you are able to fill this form through your mobile, it is not as convenient as you fill the details on a computer or a laptop. It doesn't make sense to take a risk to apply for an application form through Mobile. So, do it as soon as possible before the date ends.
