hi,

see courses offered by ignou is generally distance or correspondence mode, so you may pursue it while you are doing other courses or job. as for ugc regulations one student can pursue one regular and one correspondence course at the same time. but it is not valid to do two regular course at the same time.

Thank you sir , so what do i do ..when ugc is allowing that means I can just apply for govt teaching thereafter
