As per eligibility criteria of IPU one should not be more than 21 years as on 1 August 2020 for bsc nursing or any other undergraduate programme and with your date of birth in 5 december 1998 you will be 21 years 7 months 27 days old on 1 August 2020 , so you are not eligible

Other than fulfilling age criteria to be eligible for bsc nursing in IPU , one needs to be an unmarried girl with at least 50% marks as aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology in 10+2 examination and also must have passed in each of these subjects in 10+2
