Getting 99 percentile will definitely fetch you a seat in any top college. For DTU, there are some conditions like, DTU Delhi reserve 85% for Delhi region candidates and 15% for Outside Delhi region.
If you are from outside delhi, your rank must be under 3k for CSE and IT, and under 8k for top 5-6 branches (for general category candidate)
