As per the previous year cutoffs the required rank to get admitted to any course in MSU baroda starts from 450 and goes up to around 1 lakh. Also the rank and percentile changed according to the number of students appeared in a year.. so wait for the rank to come up. Also it depends on reservations . I have mentioned the ranks for general category. If you have any reservations then try through it otherwise you can apply for next year to improve your marks.
