Dear Nitin

Nitin  as you aware that as of now the JEE is not going to declare any type of marks to any of the candidate's. The admission to every candidate's in any of the Government Institution including the IISc will totally depends upon the rank you scored in the JEE mains and that will be totally depends upon your obtained percentile, so with having the score of 270 doesn't pay you but yaah if you are having the rank of 270 in JEE mains then yaah buddy you will be in one of the UG course at IISc. So just focus on scoring the top percentile in the JEE mains such that based upon the cuttoff in the IISc you can be Able to take the branch.

Thanks a lot! But I have one more tiny doubt. What if I get a score of about 270 out of 360 but my rank is somewhere about 500?Cut off ranks are 250 for JEE mains na? That means I still might not get a seat.
