You have good chances of selection in IPU. Admission depends a lot on category along with the ranks. Also, keep in mind that cut offs vary a lot every year so it might turn out to be a private college instead. It will be clarified soon when IPU will declare official counseling schedule. They mention upto which rank students can participate in a counseling. So, till then, keep visiting the official ipu site regularly.
