Yeah definitely you can all these chances infact more than that which you are expecting now after entering into these colleges you yourself experience something different from other students who are studying in private colleges. So better in this try to focus on your BITSAT and IIT-JEE preparation rather than these other topics because for thinking about these topics you will get sufficient time. So better now concentrate on your preparation strategies.
