I think yes you can get admission easily but I will suggest you to take admission in the main camous only as it is among the top engineering colleges in India.
  • MIT manipal campus has good placement record, Microsoft visit the campus and give packages more than 10 lakhs to students.
  • The curriculum is updated, you will get to learn about the latest Technology.
  • The most important thing is the MICROSOFT CEO is a PASSOUT of MIT MANIPAL ,you can now understand how good you will feel there
  • Another thing is that you will get a Laptop on which you can do programming daily.
  • They have many facilities and a great infrastructure which is amazing.
But there are demerits that the fees structure is very costly and it can empty your pocket.
I wil suggest you to consult your parents and then take admission.
My most important advice is
Knowledge matters, College doesn't matters.
Best of luck for your admissions
