From my personal experience and going along past trends I don't think it is possible for you to get any seat at VIT Bhopal with the mentioned rank under category 1. Though the campus is new, many students have to turn their directions towards new campus due to tough competition and high cutoffs in Vellore/Chennai campus. Moreover the choice to go with lower fee categories attracts a handsome number of students here. Well you can get few of the seats in category 2/3 for less demanded courses.
