The eligibility criteria for the course you have mentioned is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 with atleast 50% marks (In case of SC/ST category 45%) or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council in the aggregate.

And to answer your question, no you cannot get direct admission for this course in Chandigarh University. All candidates must appear for an entrance exam conducted by the University itself called CUCET.
