If 2873 is your overall general merit rank in UPSEE, then congratulations you did very well in your exams. Your rank is very good and definitely you can get many good colleges including IET Lucknow.
Now as your dream branch is computer science engineering then unfortunately, as per seeing the last year cutoff Trends you will not get computer science engineering with this much good rank.

For an OBC girl candidate , last year cutoff closing rank for computer science engineering on the basis of overall general merit rank was - 1572 (in round 4 counselling ).

So sadly you cannot get computer science engineering branch, but apart from computer science engineering, you can get many other good branches in IET Lucknow like - chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, etc. And also you can get other good colleges too.
