Considering this to be your TANCET score ,  you have decent chances to get a seat in anna university,  tirunelveli .As for getting there,  an OC candidate must have a score above 40 as the last year cutoffs varied between 35-40 for different branches for OC candidates.Just hope for the best to happen.
