It is quite difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs also change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Now 448 marks is quite an average score even if you belong to SC category. At least a score above 500 is required generally for getting into Maharaja Agrasen Medical college Agroha according to previous year's cut-offs http://www.careers360.com/colleges/maharaja-agrasen-medical-college-agroha/cut-off?college_id=6257&exam_sub_exam_id=789&counselling_id=1694&caste_id=3
Now if cutoff decreases then you have chances to get seat there.
I would suggest you to use Neet College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances of getting admission http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
