To be very honest, a rank of 30000 in the OBC category is not a very good performance. You might get NIT if you have home state quota an you are ready to compromise with your branch. It’s difficult to get CSE branch with this rank.

I have seen that if anyone who is from home state quota and their rank is about 30k or 40k ,they have got seats in NIT Hamirpur, NIT agartala, NIT Raipur, NIT Goa, NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgaput. so I have mentioned whatever I knew , I further suggest you to check which NIT is in your home state and then match from above mentioned. I’m damn sure you will get seat in NIT. Good luck for your future.
