Hello Anjali,
Sorry to say but you can't get admission in UIET Kanpur with this marks in UPSEE. This mark is not good Enough for UIET Kanpur. If you are general candidate, then it is even difficult to get good private college too.
Keep your finger crossed. Hope for best.
