Hello, congratulate for you 130 marks in mains.So as you have told that you are from SC category.I think will definitely get VNIT but i can't say that you will get any branch there.Some branches you will get definitely.There are some other NIT also available like NIT surat,bhopal,delhi etc.And if you will be qualified in jee advanced then there are opportunities for getting IIT too.So try and do well.
