Hii Vishal.Your rank is very.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting VNIT Nagpur even if you are from SC category.You can get lower ranked NITs from North-east in later rounds.You can apply for State government colleges .You should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good and get good College next time.So,stay motivated and all the best.
