Hope you are doing well ! No I don't think so ,you can't get a good job in foreign after completing ma english ,ma ,mcom ba,bcom these are traditional courses ,they don't teach you any skill ,so Lear some skills first then think to earn huge amount of money . If you want to get job after ma english then then teacher is the most common option .also there are few--like..
