There is a very tough exam's Called JEE Mains and Advance to get admission in this college. You need to crack JEE and also with great marks, then only you will geta chance to study in iit iit bombay. You can't just pay and study here as it has a strict procedure to take students for admission. Once you get selected after passing JEE then you can pay the fees and study in IIT Bombay.

If you are saying that if you can get admission in IIT Bombay through management quota-that is paying extra money to get admission that is not possible. To get admission in IIT Bombay, you habe to appear for JEE MAIN exam and have to be in top ranking to get admission. No other way
