Yes, there is a possibility indeed but I think you need to have appeared for one or the other entrance exams and should have valid score. It's a fact that in many states across India, large number of seats are not filled. Hence to overcome such situation, normally all state government allow spot admission after completion of all rounds counseling to fill vacant seats.
