Dear Aspirant,

Yes you can take admission in Delhi Technical University (DTU). Your OBC certificate is central level certificate which you can give in any state universities so it doesn't matter which state you have made your certificate.

You are totally wrong I have previously uploaded central obc certificate which was rejected because it was not issued from NCT of Delhi. They only accept obc certificate issued from NCT of Delhi.
