In order to get enrolled in M.Techprogrammes, candidates must havequalified GATE entrance examination and should have a valid GATE score. Candidates who have secured CGPA of8.5 and above in graduation from IITsare also eligible for admission.

To get admission into IIT Delhi for MTech,

Eligibility criteria of IIT Delhi M.Tech must be fulfilled.

Candidates must have qualified GATE entrance examination OR should be an IIT graduate with a CGPA of 8.5 and above.

Candidates not meeting IIT Delhi M.Tech 2019 eligibility criteria will not be offered admission.

Most important point is that:

• To have qualified their qualifying degree (B.Tech/B.E.)
• To have secured a valid score in GATE entrance examination.

As you've passed your BTech, you need to score in GATE to get into IIT Delhi.
