• Yes, you can apply for diploma in Dermatology. It's full nomenclature is Diploma in Ayurvedic Cosmetology & Skin Disease.

According to the PG Diploma Regulation (Ayurveda) dated 13.07.2010, Selection of candidates shall be made strictly on the basis of final merit list prepared out of aggregate marks of Under-graduate Course of all professional examinations of the candidates for all categories.

Based on the above, you can apply without answering a PG entrance exam. It will depend on the aggregate you score at your UG level.
