By the given elgibilty criteria you can check whether you can write the exam or not!

Age:

Candidates should be between 21 to 30 years of age as on 1 August of the year of examination. Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs .

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates are required to have degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute or university.

Candidate should hold a degree from any of the recognised universities or must have an equivalent qualification

And age must be between 21to 30 years.

And for general category number of attempts is 7

And for OBC it is 9

And for ST/SC no restriction on number of chances.
