You have to visit the official website of your regional centre or else you have contact details of your study centre coordinator then reach out to them for more details regarding this, the thing is for assignments submission for June TEE in majority was done in online mode except a few high have already submitted the assignments in offline mode before lockdown took place, now for December TEE many study centre are taking assignments in offline mode while few others are still following the online route, if you have to submit in online mode there's nothing much to do, just scan the documents as per the instructions and upload it through google drive.
