If you don't have computer Science background how will you be doing M.Tech in it. You first need to be a part of B.Tech of that particular course. There are courses wise exams and if you clear the M.Tech MS entrance examination for CS then you might have a chance but that's certainly very tough since your branch is different and there is already so much of competition in CS branch itself.
