Congratulations on your jee score . As your 12th class percentage is less than cutoff of 75%(general) and 65%(reserved category) you won't be able to get into any those colleges through josaa . All the best !

But....for chhattisgarh candidate the eligibility criteria is 50% in 12th....

There is no such provision available. If you belong to the top 20% percentile of your respective board you'll be eligible . Best of luck !
