Marketing and finance is not a core program for XISS RANCHI so your chances are there but exactly no one can say that there is also a reservation for Christians in XISS RANCHI, One thing that I will tell that work hard in preparation of GD and PI because it's marks is also important for selection perspective, People use to say me that no general candidates below 95 percentile in CMAT is selected in XISS RANCHI HR program but I have seen two girls having 85 and 87 percentile in CMAT got selected in XISS RANCHI HR program by getting good in their GD-PI process so my mantra for you is to only work hard and hard for GD-PI preperation.
