if you are asking regarding placement in engineering colleges then the IITs provide placement in crores and if you want to know.aboit management then IIMs also give placement in crores.
The companies the offer these high packages are mainly Facebook,Microsoft,Oracle etc.

You need to be very hardworking and diligent for getting packages more than one crore as companies look for hard and skillful workers. International jobs usually get higher packages which, sometimes, exceed one crore. These are the colleges who got these packages:

• IIT-BHU- 2.03 crore package from Oracle
• IIT-Bombay- 2 crore package from Facebook
• IIT-Indore- 1.7 crore package from Google
• IIT-Hyderabad- 1.5  crore package
• IIT-Delhi- 1.42 crore package from Facebook
