Last the applications for admission to M.E/M.Pharm/M.Phil in Birla Institute of Technology and Science started in the month of April 22, 2021 and ended on June 30, 2021. So it is expected that the application process may begin in the month of April tentatively. This is not the official schedule. BITS will release the notification for admission to M.E/M.Pharm/M.Phil. The eligibility criteria to get admission to M.E/M.Phram is that a candidate must have passed qualifying examination in the relevant field with minimum 60% aggregate marks and for admission to M.Phil a candidate must have passed qualifying examination in the relevant field with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized board.

Admission to all M.E. (except Software systems) and M.Pharm. programmes is the based on marks obtained in the BITS Higher Degree admission test or based on GATE/GPAT score. Admission to M.E. in Software Systems will be through the BITS HD test only. So if you are seeking admission to M.E in any program other than Software systems then GATE Score is considered for admission. If you are seeking admission to M.E Software system then you need to apply for BITS HD Entrance Examination.
