Both the colleges , KLE technological university , hubli or GIT belgaum are equally good. But , if westill compare both the colleges , then KLETU is better than GIT , belgaum in terms of rankings , academics . So , undoubtedly , you can go for KLETU ,HUBLI but if in some cases , you are not getting KLETU , then GIT , belgaum should be your next option.
