As you have not mentioned any kind of examination or counselling, it will be quite difficult for me to help you specifically with the cutoff. Either one is taking admission through lateral entry or completed the diploma course and want to pursue engineering later.

The merit list is set accordingly and admissions are provided on that basis. If you let me know about the name of counselling process then I will be able to help you more.
