There is not any particular cuttoff marks for ST in VIT University. Since Vit is a private institution, inorder to take the admission in vit you need to have  a score of 65% in class 12th and rank under 1 lakh. Coming to the MNIT Jaipur, you can check the cuttoff from this below link;
