Hi,

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) is a graduate degree course in Ayurvedic system. This degree is awarded after the completion of 5 years and 6 month degree programme containing the 4 and 1/2 year academic session and one year internship programme with live practical.

In BAMS there is a total of 27 subjects the BAMS subject year-wise divided into the series of; BAMS first year subjects are 6 in number and so the BAMS first year syllabus is on Ayurvedic Nirupama, Pariksha and 4 more subjects.

Just after the 12th Board Examinations, with the subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology from any recognised board, students can apply for the BAMS Course.
