Do all the seats of the good colledges of good branch gets filled after first round in uptu? I can't register in the first round my rank is 1795 so would I be able to get good college with good branch suchas IT- knit sultanpur or cs - biet or cs - jss when I directly register in the second round

Well, it depends. If the list still has merits then the priority will be gone for merits first and if the list has the students with scoring the same rank then yeah you have chances are for getting a seat. If you want a particular college then do try but don't just depend on it even give a try in another colleges. Because if the counselings gets end you will be in a trouble to get admission.
