Do Delhi university only count pcm marks for admission into bsc in cs or do they also include one language.

They also include english with pcm and these 4 aggregate your total percentage

They include one language as well.
Here is the criteria:
Selection will be made on the basis of best four academic subjects including Mathematics (only one language to be considered). The students who have studied Physics, Chemistry/computer science and Mathematics will be given 5% additional weightage.

thank you. this means that if I have scored 93.5 % in best of four (maths , chemistry, physics and English) it would be taken as 98.5% by the colleges

But you should have the same subject in your 12th class.
