You can appear for GSSIPU keeping it as a backup option. Becaise if 1% you fail to get a good college through Neet then you will be having an another option too . But if you dont fill up Gssipu form you wont be able to get directly admitted there without a huge donation. So i would suggest you to keep NEET as prioroty but GSSIPU also as a backup.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi conduct IPU MBBS 2018 admission. IPU MBBS application form 2018 has been released.So yes you have apply for it to become eligible for 85% State Quota seats of Delhi State.

You must have submitted your NEET application form as you have to provide your NEET enrollment number while filling the IPU MBBS application form 2018. Go to the link below for more details and to fill the application form.
