You can appear for GSSIPU keeping it as a backup option. Becaise if 1% you fail to get a good college through Neet then you will be having an another option too . But if you dont fill up Gssipu form you wont be able to get directly admitted there without a huge donation. So i would suggest you to keep NEET as prioroty but GSSIPU also as a backup.
