i have forgot to register in ipu for neet counseling 2019.but i want to sit in counseling as delhi domicile.what should i do now?i m pankaj.

There is no chance now because the norms of ipu are very strict regarding admission, the only thing you can do is talk to college management omif they can help but remember be physically present, don't talk over phone there they won't listen and will keep the phone in a hurry.
