To determine the KCET rank 50% weightage is given for marks scored in KCET entrance examination and 50% weightage is given for marks scored in Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry in the qualifying examination that is in class 12th. The final rank is determined by adding the weightage.  So both the scores in KCET and PUC board marks will be considered.
