Medical microbiology is the applied branch of microbiology that deals with the study of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites including its medical importance and studying about the diseases that it can cause.

There are several institutions that offers undergraduate course in medical microbiology so you have an option to study it in undergraduate level. However, you can also choose it in your master level after completing your BSc in a relevant field.
